The Logan City School District will again be staffing the Children's Art Yard with volunteer professionals who will be providing the children with high quality age appropriate projects that are creative, educational and FUN!.

Activities available for 2008 art yard participants will include: Easel painting, Cereal beading, Bead stringing (Necklaces and Bracelets), Magic color scratch Dinosaurs and Flower ornaments, Wooden color your own Sports and Spring Paddleball, Summer Sun Catchers, Face "Tattoos" and finally the designing and coloring of their own unique Summerfest logo.

Art Yard hours are, Thursday - Saturday from 10a.m. - 7p.m. Children aged 2 -14 are welcome. The cost is $2.00 per child per two hour block. Children under 5 years of age must be a parent, authorized adult or responsible older sibling.

New this year. The first 250 children participating in Art Yard activities on Thursday June 12th from 1 -3p.m. will, receive special treats and gifts donated by local area merchants.
